Position: Part Time Premises Officer
Salary: Grade 7 Point 11. Equivalent = £12.80 per hour.
FTE Salary is £24708 This will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
Post Salary approx. £20033.
Contract: Part Time- 15 hours a week, 52 weeks a year.

Job Purpose:
a) To undertake responsibility for the supervision of the site and the maintenance and security of the buildings.
b) Contribute to the provision of high-quality maintenance, security and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds which ensures that students have a comfortable, clean, safe and well-maintained environment in which to work or otherwise use the school facilities.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and flexible premises officer to be responsible for the maintenance, security and cleanliness of the school building and grounds to ensure that staff, and children have a comfortable, clean, safe and well-maintained environment in which to work and learn.
The successful candidate should:

SEND / Inclusion Learning Support Assistants Vacancy
x2 SEND/Inclusion Learning Support Assistant Vacancies: Fixed Term Contract – 30 hours per week
St Denys C of E Infant School is seeking to appoint X2 SEND/Inclusion LSAS to work in our SEND/Inclusion Support Team. The successful candidates will be working 1:1 with SEND pupils as well as supporting small groups of SEND children across the school.
The position will commence ASAP.
Contract: 30 hours per week, fixed term
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8.30am-12.00pm & 12.45pm – 3.15pm

JOB OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two SEND/Inclusion LSAs to support teaching and learning at St Denys C of E Infant School in Ibstock. This role is varied, and we are looking for adaptable, flexible and resourceful individuals to join our newly formed SEND/Inclusion Team.
An SEND/Inclusion LSA will work under the direct supervision of the SENDCo/Inclusion Leader and class teacher to provide 1:1 support for a named SEND pupil to enable them to access the school curriculum and engage in all aspects of school life, in accordance with school policies and procedures. The work of a SEND/Inclusion LSA will also include supporting small groups of SEND pupils, including in a whole class setting across the school.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL :
- Have NVQ 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent OR be able to demonstrate the ability to meet the STL Level 2 National Occupational Standards relevant to this post.
- Have Level 2 qualifications in maths/numeracy and English/literacy
- Have experience of supporting teaching and learning in a formal educational setting
- Have experience of working with SEND children, particularly children with ASD
- Have a proven ability to work on their own initiative and effectively as part of a team.
- Be good at communicating with children, their parents and carers, teachers and other adults in school.
- Be knowledgeable of important procedures such as Child Protection and Safeguarding.
- Be willing and happy to contribute to our positive and welcoming Church School ethos
- Have the ability to use relevant technology/equipment.
- Have a positive can-do attitude.
- Have a real commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school.
